Only St. Robert's Parishioners can reserve meeting rooms.

To reserve a meeting room, send an email to Jean Mendick at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Indicate the date and time that the room is needed and your organization name.

Table clothes are not included in any room rental.

Clean-up policy for meeting room users:
Tables and chairs must be returned to the original position when you arrived.
All trash must be place in the trash liner provided and removed to the dumpster located on the north side of the Church in the north parking lot. THIS INCLUDES ALL LEFT OVER FOOD AND/OR DRINK ITEMS AND THEIR CONTAINERS.
Lock the door when vacating the room and place the key(s) in the drop box right outside the Parish Office.
Do not leave any unused food or containers for the Parish.

The general rule is: leave the room in the same condition that you found it!

The Mainelli (Parish) Center is the largest meeting space at St. Robert; perfect for meetings, receptions and retreats.

♦ Graduation Parties, Showers & Birthday Parties: $300

♦ Milestone Birthdays for Parishioner  - (60, 70, 80, 90, 100): No Charge

♦ Wedding Receptions for Parishioners: $1,500
(Room rental only; additional fees apply for required security)

Additional add Ons for events:

Stage Rental 8ft x 16ft (if needed): $250

Security: $80/hour per person

The Community Room and all Meeting Rooms at St. Robert's are for parishioners only. They are available for your next meeting, reception or retreat.
