Religious Education

Thank you for enrolling your student in the SRB RE program. Our teaching and administrative staff are here to support your student and entire family in a safe faith fostering environment. While enrolled in the SRB Religious Education program it is important for families to be engaged with faith fostering outside of the classroom. We encourage families to attend mass together, share in a meal together, say prayers together, read a story as a family. While the staff at SRB do our best to educate your children about the faith, we need you to carry on this learning at home as the children’s first teachers of the faith. In a perfect year we may have 25 hours total with students if they are present each and every week and if there are no class cancellations. This is a very limited amount of time that we have with the students. We do need your help to continue learning and faith sharing outside the classroom, which is why we have provided some class materials for you to check in on what your student is learning and can ask more questions! The ultimate goal of the church is for everyone to gather in community to understand what our faith means to each and every person. Please include your family in this loving and humbling tradition of the church.

Classes meet every Wednesday from September through the first week of May.

Class times are 4:30-5:45 p.m. or 6:00-7:15 p.m.
