2011 marks the 20th anniversary of Perpetual Adoration at St. Robert’s. Our founding Pastor, Msgr. Eugene Kerwin, started Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at St. Robert’s in 1990 during Advent. With the ongoing support of Fr. Don Shane, adoration continues to this day with adorers coming 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to spend one hour in prayer before Our Lord in Exposition in the Chapel of Adoration. Blessings flow to our parish and families when the Eucharist is our center.

Adorers come to the Chapel for their one hour each week and sign-in at the adoration book. Adorers are asked to find a substitute if they cannot keep their time or they may contact their day captain. Substitutes are most welcome whenever they are available. The day captains are listed above and may be contacted directly for more information or to become an adorer for the day and hour of choice, or to offer to be called as a substitute adorer. Adorers commit to one hour or more each week and are invited to contact one of the day captains (all listed above) to secure a day and time. Substitute adorers are always welcomed.
